LSE Capital is licensed as a Modaraba Management company@ besides carrying the license to act as a consultant to the issue for the IPOs and corporate finance advisory services. It managed the erstwhile Modaraba Al-Mali@ which was merged in LSE Capital during May 2024. It is now planning to launch a new Modaraba fund under the name of Modaraba Al-Tameer@ which will invest in real estate projects and emerging technology companies.
